Shipping Policy
Thank you for ordering with us! We appreciate your trust and your business. We are working as fast as possible to get your order to you as soon as possible.
You will receive a tracking number after your order is complete. If you have any questions, please check our FAQ page or send an email to sales@atbuty.com. Please wait up to 24 hours for a response.
Processing time
- Processing time is 3 to 7 business days, depending on the quantity, and you will receive your courier tracking number once the item has been processed. Orders with different billing and shipping addresses may be put on hold. After the checkout process is complete, the processing time begins and the order will not allow refunds and cancellations.
Postage instructions
- Shipping rates are calculated by weight at checkout and assessed in real time.

- The products will be shipped out of our warehouse in China. We are not responsible for any items lost or stolen in transit. Atbuty is no longer responsible for any items once they leave the warehouse. Customers receiving packages internationally are responsible for any additional charges or duties imposed by the shipping company.
International shipping
- You can access the shipping options available in your country during checkout, the actual rate depends on the destination country. We currently support shipping in most parts of the US.
International delivery time
- Delivery time depends on destination and shipping method, your order may take 5 to 15 business days to be delivered, excluding the 3-7 business day processing time for ready-to-ship orders.
