A waist trainer is a type of high compression garment which is worn around the midsection. It’s designed to instantly shape your body, giving you a sculpted look in a matter of minutes.

Measure the smallest part of your wait, it’s usually two inches above your belly button.

Choose your waist size in inches below after you’ve taken your measurement. If you’re in between sizes, you’ll always want to size up. Torso length would start right below your bra, and the torso length is going to end wherever your girdle to end. We have 3 sizes available foe you, short torso 9 inches long; medium torso 11 inches long; long torso for 14 inches long.

Start at the bottom of the waist trainer and fasten the loosest hook at the narrowest part of your waist. Slowly work your way up the garment, pulling it down over your abdomen as you go.

Hand washes your corset in cold water. Do not put corset in dryer! Lay corset flat to dry. Drying: Hang your corset at the end of the day after use turn the lining to the outside and hanging over the back of a chair to dry out (NOTE: Never hang on or near a heat source as this will cause shrinkage and eventual damage to the stitching)

The day one you want to wear it for only 2 hours let your body adapt to it, day number 2 you can wear it up to 4 hours if you feel comfortable. Each day you can increase it by 2 hours and up to 8 hours. Maximum amount of time that you want to wear the waist trainer in a full day is 8 hours.

You should never be painful. If it’s ever painful, you should take it off right away.

Hand wash your trainer in cold water or wash in gentle cycle in cold water. Do Not put in dryer! Lay flat to dry.

Air Dry your trainer at the end of the day. Never hang on or near a heat source as over time this will cause shrinkage and eventual damage to the stitching!

Waist trainers are meant to be tight. We advise you to have someone with you to assist you in getting into the core trainer as it can be tricky at the beginning. The waist trainer will be tight when you first start wearing it and will start to engage your core and shape your waist. Over time you will find it will feel more comfortable as it shapes you. We also recommend wearing the waist trainer on top of a cotton singlet (shirt etc) and not directly on your skin.

Order

We do not offer cancellations once your order has been placed and confirmation email is sent with a confirmed order number. If you have made a mistake and wish to change your order details, please get in touch as soon as possible by emailing sales@atbtuy.com and we will do our very best to process your request.

We process orders immediately once they are placed and once they are processed and/or a tracking label is applied we can no longer change the shipping address. Your best bet if you inputted the wrong address is to contact the carrier once you receive your tracking number and request an address change or a local pick up.

If your item arrives damaged, you may be eligible for a replacement within 7 days of your belt being ordered. Defective items MUST be reported within 7 days of delivery. If not reported within the time frame, we will not be able to further assist you in the matter. To do so, please contact Sales@atbtuy.comwith photos clearly identifying the damage.

When your order is placed we automatically will e-mail or text you an order confirmation message with your order details and order number. Once your order is shipped, we will send a second notification with your tracking label. 

If you have not received this notification first check your junk or spam mail. If you still cannot find it, it is likely the e-mail address has a spelling error on the original order and the message was not sent properly. In this case please contact us at sales@atbtuy.com with your full name, e-mail, and shipping address for the order and will find your order info.

You have 15 day window from the date of delivery to submit your return.

We offer two shipping services and processing takes 1 business day.

Free Shipping takes on average 5-15 days  ( including processing time)

If your mailing address is correct and the tracking info states that your order was delivered, but you are unable to locate the package, we recommend taking the following steps:

1. Wait 36 hours—packages can show as delivered while still in transit.
2. Look for a notice of attempted delivery. You can verify this through your tracking history where you can view your delivery information, tracking history, and proof of delivery.
3. Look around the delivery location. Check around the entrances of your residence for the package: particularly on back porches, in bushes, garages, grills, or other places that might protect your package from theft or weather. Note that delivery drivers may also use plastic bags to protect your package from the weather.
4. See if someone else accepted delivery. Check with any family members, roommates, or neighbors who may have received the package for you without your knowing. If you live in an apartment complex, please contact your rental office to see if they are holding your package there. Some packages won’t fit in your mailbox so carriers will often leave packages at a manager’s office for safekeeping.
5. Contact the carrier. If you have followed the steps above and still cannot locate your package, it may have been stolen or lost in transit. In this case, you can contact the carrier and file a missing package claim. Once you file a missing package claim with the carrier, contact us with the claim number. We will do our best to assist, but ATBUTY.COM cannot be held responsible or liable for lost or stolen packages that have delivery confirmation to the address that was provided.
